The building of Turkiye Hospital was granted by Sultan Abdülhamid the second to the Bulgarian minority during 1894 and was used as a Bulgarian hospital until 1988. On 22nd April 1990 the historical building was restored and became a functional hospital and was opened with a ceremony which was complete with the participation of Turgut Özal (President of the time). In a very short period of time Türkiye Hospital has become one of the leading institutions in the health care sector in Turkey and has achieved the goal of being ‘The Right Address for Health’.

Turkiye Hospital is located in the heart of Istanbul – Şişli. The hospitals location is pretty unique due to its green atmosphere where its rich history meets nature. Türkiye Hospital is equipped with the latest technology and has a 60 bed capacity, 4 operation rooms, modern equipped laboratory and diagnostic unit.
